YOU the customer (retailers, club/restaurant owners) are in a sense buying direct form the BLUE DIAMOND BREWING COMPANY.  This is true, with the exception of the local beer distributor's charges for clearing and handling of the beer.

Both Federal and State laws say, "all beer (all alcoholic beverage products) must be sold through a licensed alcoholic distributor". 

Consequently, the customer (YOU) will have to pay a nominal charge to the distributor for handling and storage of Blue Diamond Beer.

The price quote by the BLUE DIAMOND BREWING COMPANY is all inclusive.  There are no brokers or middlemen to deal with.

YOU, the customer negotiates only with the owners of the BLUE DIAMOND BREWING COMPANY and your local beer distributor.  This means that the cost for a case of Blue Diamond Beer is substantially lower in price.
