Our Water is the Best:  

Since water makes up over 90% of any beer product, the key to quality beer is using quality water. Blue Diamond Brewing Company has the finest water well in the country for brewing craft beer. The University of Minnesota has tested the well and the results show the water in the well entered the ground more than 35,000 years ago. This was long before any water pollution and such things as individual waste and acid rain occurred. The University of Minnesota report states that this well is one of the purest and most pristine sources available anywhere. Most other breweries obtain their water from municipal sources, shallow wells, lakes or rivers.  

We created our premium beer's with a consistent taste for price-conscious consumers, our light-bodied larger is brewed with pale malts and Yakima hops to achieve a light, yet satisfying flavor. Unlike the gigantic breweries in St. Louis and Milwaukee, we don't have the hundreds of million dollars to advertise nationally our craft beer. Instead, we offer you a reduced price on all our beers and then let the taste quality become our advertising.
